Resolution 4

Ordinary Resolution - Director Election - Election of two Directors for three-year terms.

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following Resolution as an ordinary resolution:

In accordance with the Clause 4.5 of the Constitution, two Director vacancies must be filled by member vote at the forthcoming AGM. The Company sought expressions of interest from members in August 2024 and this process has brought forward nominations from 3 members seeking appointment to the Board.

As a member of RBHS for nearly 20 years, I seek election onto the RBHS Board to contribute my skills, experience, and business acumen for ensuring the role of RBHS in supporting the health and wellbeing of its members. Through the Board, I will work towards maintaining value for money and choice, the excellent member experience, and the sustainability of the RBHS. I am passionate about supporting the overall health and wellbeing of members through the role that health insurance can play. In addition to my direct experience as a RBHS member (including the experience of my young family), I bring a broad business perspective including learnings from the broader health and health insurance industries, knowledge on how behavioural sciences can promote health and wellbeing, and a diversity and inclusion lens to ensure that your individual and differing needs are met. I see immense value in working with people from differing experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives and very much look forward to working with other Board members. As a Board member, I want to ensure that the RBHS continues to meet your expectations and I invite you to reach out to me at any point to discuss the RBHS.
